In the millenium version of this classic Gothic horror we find Abraham Van Helsing (Plummer), who has tangled with Count Dracula (Butler) in the past, working as an English antiques dealer. Simon (Miller) is a vampire hunter in training under his apprenticeship. Van Helsing and Simon travel from London to New Orleans to rescue Van Helsing’s daughter Mary (Waddell) from the family’s life long nemesis - Dracula.

Buzz Lightyear is an ultimate space ranger hero that must fight against his arch enemy the evil Emperor Zurg, who steals the “Unimind,” a device that enables three-eyed aliens to function as a single intellect. The aliens, referred to as “LGMs” the little green men, form the support crew that keep Star Command running, but as individual thinkers, they’re inept. Buzz acquires the sidekicks who form Team Lightyear: Booster, an oversize, overeager alien; XR short for “Experimental Ranger”, one of the aliens’ less successful robot inventions; and the inevitable spunky girl, Princess Mira Nova of the planet Tangeah. Together, this group of disparate heroes find they must work together to save the galaxy when Emporer Zurg hatches his grandest scheme for conquest yet and take on Emperor Zurg in intergalactic combat.

In this animated comedy from the folks at Disney, the vain and cocky Emperor Kuzco is a very busy man. Besides maintaining his “groove”, and firing his suspicious administrator, Yzma; he’s also planning to build a new waterpark just for himself for his birthday. However, this means destroying one of the villages in his kingdom. Meanwhile, Yzma is hatching a plan to get revenge and usurp the throne. But, in a botched assassination courtesy of Yzma’s right-hand man, Kronk, Kuzco is magically transformed into a llama. Now, Kuzco finds himself the property of Pacha, a lowly llama herder whose home is ground zero for the water park. Upon discovering the llama’s true self, Pacha offers to help resolve the Emperor’s problem and regain his throne, only if he promises to move his water park.

Omens and concepts of good vs. evil have no place in Maggie O’Connor’s well-ordered, practical universe. Her life revolves around her job as a nurse at a busy New York hospital, until one rainy night, her sister Jenna abandons her newborn, autistic daughter at her home. Maggie takes the baby in, and she becomes the daughter she never had. Six years later Jenna suddenly re-appears with a mysterious new husband, Eric, and abducts Cody. Despite the fact that Maggie has no legal rights to Cody, FBI agent John Travis (Jimmy Smits), an expert in ritual homicide and occult-related crime, takes up her cause when he realizes that Cody shares the same birth date as several other recently missing children. The little girl, it soon becomes clear, is more than simply “special.” She manifests extraordinary powers that the forces of evil have waited centuries to control, and her abduction sparks a clash between the soldiers of good and evil that can only be resolved, in the end, by the strength of one small child and the love she inspires in those she touches.

Monte Peterson, a rich real-estate developer, is going through his third divorce. His friend Ray has found a good site for a ski resort in Utah, and Monte comes to bid on the land, competing with local banker Preston Gates. Monte knew that, in order to take possession of the land, he would have to convert to the local religion, a sort of cross between Mormonism and Amish (no smoking, no drinking, bigamy and simple living/dressing encouraged). What he didn’t know was that the deed to the land also included the three wives of the deceased former owner. He also buys another plot, and the two wives that come with it, in part because they are much better cooks. Gates, meanwhile, wants the land to build an Indian casino, and is mixed up with some mobsters. There’s a trip to Las Vegas, a female-empowerment seminar, a jailbreak, and other complications too absurd to mention.

Everyone is out to capture three rare Pokemon birds that rule the elements of fire, lightning and ice, that are also known to release Luiga, a most powerful sea monster. It’s up to Ash and his friends to make sure that a greedy Pokemon trainer Collector Lawrence III doesn’t get a hold of Luiga or else her evil power could destroy the world and throws the universe into chaos after disrupting the balance of nature.

In this direct-to-video sequel to Pok?mon: The First Movie, Ash, Misty, and Brock continue exploring the Johto region, then have to rescue Pikachu after Jessie and James of Team Rocket kidnap him. The search leads them to the hidden plateau where Mewtwo has established a haven for the cloned Pok?mon from the previous film. The evil Giovanni is plotting to recapture Mewtwo and renew his efforts to create an army of bio-engineered Pok?mon. Aided by the reluctant Meowth, Ash and his friends defeat Giovanni and his henchman.

Two petty if violent criminals kidnap a girl being paid $1m to be a surrogate mother. As the baby is for a gangster the pair’s demand for money sees several henchmen and assorted other ruthless characters head after them to Mexico. Bullets rather than talking are always going to settle this one.

Upon discovery of a shard of the Loc-Nar (the evil orb from the 1st Heavy Metal), a miner named Tyler becomes posessed by an insatiable hunger for power & thirst for immortality. On his way to a planet which has a fountain of immortality, Tyler makes a pit stop at F.A.K.K.? (Federation-Assigned Ketogenic Killzone) because its inhabitants carry some immortality water in their bodies. Tyler abducts a few people and kills the rest, but misses one: Julie, the sole survivor enraged by Tyler’s careless rampage, vows to avenge her family and kill Tyler before he reaches the fountain.

In latter-21st-century Gotham City, The Jokerz, a street gang enamored of the city’s infamous Clown Prince Of Crime, is breaking into a high-tech engineering plant to steal a powerful generator, a crime stopped by the new Batman (Terry McGuiness) and which puzzles Terry and his mentor, the elderly original Batman Bruce Wayne. The reason for this and other “geek junk” thefts is a mystery even to The Jokerz gang, who are now working for someone claiming to be the original Joker himself. When he makes an appearence at a charity function attended by Bruce Wayne (cover to steal another generator), the Joker taunts Wayne, and later sends his minions to attack Terry McGuiness while he attacks the Batcave. But the original Joker died forty years earlier, and why does this new Joker want high-tech items? When a shaken Barbara Gordon explains the fate of the original Joker, Terry begins to piece the twin mysteries together, culimating in a confrontation with the Joker that literally threatens the very existence of Gotham City.
